I finished #ConversationalDesign by Erika Hall last night, and she has this portion on how she asks her teams to read poetry to understand better the economy of words and I found that unexpected. The truth is that I have to force myself to read things that go beyond the subjects that I like and that's how I stumbled upon this post by Andrea Drugay about 5 unexpected books to improve your UX writing. 📚 If you have any more suggestions on good reads, I'm all ears! #uxwriting
