My dad had a really hard time using his first computer because he always said he was "afraid to break it".
I used to think it was a silly thought, but now I always keep that on the back of my mind. Many of your users are afraid of the consequences, so it's up to your writing to guide them and defuse those concerns. Let them know exactly what will happen when they tap on that button, while you remind them that they'll also have control over what happens. #UXWriting
