Excellent piece, "How Valuable Is Your Company's Data?" by Lisa Morgan, CeM, J.D. in InformationWeek (https://www.informationweek.com/big-data/big-data-analytics/how-valuable-is-your-companys-data/a/d-id/1331246?), but unfortunate how few folks (e.g. David Schatsky @ Deloitte and Ben Lorica 罗瑞卡 @ O'Reilly Media, interviewed for the piece) are unaware of a variety of data valuation methods published by Doug Hubbard, Bill Schmarzo, Mark Albala, plus Gartner's models in use by companies for over a decade, written about dozens of times (e.g. https://www.gartner.com/smarterwithgartner/why-and-how-to-value-your-information-as-an-asset/), and featured in my #Infonomics book (www.gartner.com/infonomics).
