Diversity and inclusion are important aspirations for a healthy society. Technology can help to achieve them by enabling people to participate in civil discourse and reducing social inequality. This is especially important for Israel, which has a robust startup and innovation ecosystem as well as a diverse demographics, with a sizable Arab minority consisting of approximately 20% of Israel's population, which does not have equal access to opportunity.
