Meet Kudakwashe Mbaiwa, GCF’s Finance & Office Assistant, who is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at the International University of Management (IUM) with support from our ABC Grants Programme. Kuda’s graduate studies are strengthening his professional capabilities and deepening his role within the GCF team. His MBA thesis focuses on enhancing financial accountability and efficiency in the nonprofit sector — an essential area for conservation organizations today. GCF’s ABC Grants are designed to build capacity and empower emerging African and international conservationists to explore innovative, interdisciplinary approaches to giraffe conservation across the continent.
