On the Move: Welcoming Rachelle Las Sabe to the Financial Information Management (FIM) Team!  We are thrilled to announce that Rachelle Las Sabe has joined OASA(FM&C) as the new Deployment and Organizational Change Management Lead for the Resource Manager’s Workspace (RMW).  Rachelle brings a wealth of experience and a passion for driving change within the Army's financial management community. In her new role, she will oversee and implement organizational change management strategies and activities for RMW, promoting a smooth transition and integration of the new system into the Army’s budget process and culture. Her responsibilities also include the development and execution of RMW deployment activities, including training and support to Army Commands and National Guard Units. With a background in audit readiness support and previously serving as the U.S. Army Financial Management Command’s Training & Readiness Division Chief, Rachelle has a proven track record of program implementation and organizational change management. She spearheaded the team that developed the Army Process Portal and the Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) tool and led process documentation teams for various financial operations.  Rachelle is most excited about being back in the systems arena and being part of an Army-wide program.
