𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 The ongoing increase of available geo-data makes its integration ever more important. Often, there exist multiple different data sets of the same area, for example, containing building footprints. At ESA 2024, we presented a many-to-many matching algorithm that finds correspondences between the buildings in each map and allows for integrating or evaluating different datasets. We also provide an implementation of our algorithm that shows its applicability for large-scale real-world datasets such as Bonn or Cologne, Germany. https://lnkd.in/emDf_VZN #Algorithm #Geometry #GIS #Research
