The 100-year-old RadioShack wants to bring crypto to the masses. Dropping NSFW tweets was part of their strategy to “capture the new generation,” its CMO told me. Since acquired by Retail Ecommerce Ventures, which was founded by influencer Tai Lopez and Alex Mehr, in 2020, RadioShack pivoted to a cryptocurrency exchange and named its product RadioShack Swap.
