Making Music for a Cause 🎶 🐈⬛ We joined the 36th “Granie na SZCZekanie” charity concert at Krakow’s iconic Juliusz Słowacki Theater. This event that brought together incredible artists and animal lovers for one shared mission: helping pets in need. As proud partners of Krakowskie Towarzystwo Opieki Nad Zwierzętami, we were honored to speak on stage about our collaboration and commitment to animal welfare. Strengthening Our Partnerships: Thailand Workshop with "I-Tail" We held a cross functional #manufacturer workshop in Thailand with one of our #strategic partners "I tail" who are one of the biggest Tuna processors in the pet food industry🐟🐈⬛   Their trust in us and our growing business #partnership has resulted in them committing to invest in an #EU based warehouse which will dramatically decrease lead times allowing for availability improvements for our customers. Additionally, Natalia Sapalska (Procurement Manager), Fern Tungcharoensukjira (Head of Demand & Inventory Management) and Nick Seaton (Procurement Director) agreed on operational improvement measures and were shown exciting for new innovations designed with health & nutritional benefits which will delight our pet’s during 2026.   Sincere thanks to Roy Tin-Shu Chan , Chief Executive Officer and his team for their support and patience as we further develop & grow during 2026.

We lit up the office with Diwali festivities and later travelled across the world with an Eastern European night. 🎇 Diwali – We turned the office into a festival of lights! From colorful decorations to delicious treats, it was all about sharing joy and learning about the traditions behind this beautiful celebration. 🌏 Eastern European Night – A journey through music, and flavors and a special quiz. These events aren’t just about fun (though there was plenty of that) they’re about creating a workplace where every culture is celebrated and every voice matters. Earlier this year, the UK team was given an incredible chance to step up to the ultimate fitness challenge 🩷  Battle Cancer London and we couldn’t say no! We had 8 brave and buzzing volunteers who took on the challenge at London’s Olympia on Sunday, 19th October. We battled hard with sweat, grit, and plenty of determination, powering through nine intense stations combining cardio and lifting. Each round pushed us to the limit, maxing out reps in 5-minute bursts with only 4 minutes to recover before diving straight into the next challenge. 💡 Why we took part? Because cancer has touched too many lives our families, friends, and communities. Battle Cancer isn’t just about competing, it’s about fighting back together. Funds raised go directly to the Battle Cancer Program, which helps people rebuilding their lives after treatment by combining physical training, mental well-being support, and a strong community spirit. 🤝 How can you help? We originally set a fundraising target of £500, but thanks to everyone’s incredible support, we’ve already smashed that and reached £754! It would be amazing to push it even further and hit £1,000, every donation helps those recovering from cancer. 🩷 Thank you for taking the time to read this. We sponsored the IAPP European Privacy KnowledgeNet event at our Munich office: a day dedicated to connecting privacy professionals and exploring the evolving landscape of data protection across Europe 🌍 The IAPP is the largest global information privacy community and resource, helping to define, support, and advance the privacy profession worldwide. Our guests included representatives from supervisory authorities, leading data protection lawyers and consultants, as well as in-house experts from companies such as Meta, Palantir Technologies, BMW Group, Roche, Bosch, and Cisco. Recently our Krakow team spent the day volunteering at the KTOZ Schronisko dla Bezdomnych Zwierząt w Krakowie shelter for animals. Helping to tidy the space and spending quality time with the dogs and cats in need. Alongside our volunteer work, we organized an internal collection of pet supplies, generously supported by our partners VAFO and MPPK Group. Thanks to the amazing commitment of our employees and suppliers, we gathered a remarkable amount of food and treats which were donated not only to the shelter in Krakow but also to two smaller shelters outside the city. As winter approaches, this support is especially meaningful for shelters preparing for the colder months.
