Track & Boost Your Brand’s Visibility in AI Search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews and 10+ AI Platforms)

About us

Writesonic is the complete GEO/AEO platform that tracks your brand's AI search visibility, identifies where competitors beat you, and executes the fixes—creating new content, refreshing existing pages, earning citations, and engaging on Reddit. In partnership with Microsoft, we're helping brands improve their presence on AI Search i.e. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) - because 89% of B2B buyers now use AI for research, and if you're not in those answers, you're not in the deal. What Writesonic does differently: We don't just track AI visibility - we fix it. Our GEO platform shows exactly where ChatGPT and 10+ other AI platforms mention competitors instead of you, then gives you the playbook: - Which high-authority sites AI trusts (TechRadar, Reddit, etc.) - What content actually gets cited and why - How to fix technical barriers blocking AI crawlers - Real AI search volumes from 120M+ conversations Plus AI agents that automate your entire marketing workflow - SEO and content strategy, content creation and optimization, distribution. What takes teams weeks, we do in hours. Used by 13,000+ marketers. 15,000+ five-star reviews across G2, Trustpilot, and Capterra. Backed by YC and leading investors: - HOF Capital (Uber, Stripe, Alibaba) - Rebel Fund (founded by Instacart, Reddit founders) - Soma Capital (Deel, Rippling, Razorpay) - Amino Capital (Zoom, Webflow, Rippling)

  • AI visibility is moving faster than anyone expected and agencies are in a rare window where early adopters get a real advantage. For years, organic meant slow ramps and long explanations. Publish → wait → defend the ROI. But that model is breaking because LLMs don’t work on SEO timelines. If your content is structured correctly, you can start getting cited in ChatGPT or Perplexity within days. And that changes the agency playbook: → Show prospects measurable visibility fast → Position organic as an AI-first channel → Back pitches with LLM citation data → Build an edge most while other agencies wait to leverage AI search Today’s funnel is a single prompt journey. Your client either shows up or they don’t. There’s no in-between. That’s why we’re launching Writesonic for Agencies. You’ll get: → AI-visibility insights → Pitch-ready assets → Role-based team access → 20% recurring monthly commission on every client you onboard. If you want to see it in action, the link is in the comments. #WritesonicforAgencies #WritesonicGEO #AEO #AIvisibility

  • As an agency, you want clients to think of your brand when they use your GEO services. But when you rely on a third-party platform to deliver those services, clients end up seeing that platform’s branding, not yours. And not every agency might be happy with such mismatched branding. That’s why we’ve introduced White Labelling for agencies. White Labelling transforms our platform into your branded AI visibility solution.  Your logo throughout the interface.  Your custom domain for client access.  Your brand name everywhere: system messages, notifications, tooltips. Clients experience a fully branded environment that reinforces your agency's authority instead of a third-party tool. White Labelling is available exclusively for Enterprises and Agencies. • The Prompt Response #2 just dropped! We spent November shipping five features and running millions of citations to understand what happens when users search for brand names versus generic terms. Plus, putting together a much-needed guide to help you secure 2026 GEO budget before Q1 planning locks. Not subscriber material if you're looking for whacky AI predictions. Very much subscriber material if you want quality and plenty of actionable advice.

  • We just launched Content Optimization in the Action Center. You're tracking AI visibility. You see the numbers. But when citations are low, you're left guessing: Is it a technical issue? Structural? Something else entirely? Most teams can't pinpoint what's actually blocking AI engines from citing their content. So they make changes based on hunches and hope something works. Content Optimization removes the guesswork. Scan your indexed content and see exactly what's preventing citations: 🔴 Critical issues (missing schema, title mismatches)  🟠 Important optimizations (vague key points, missing comparison tables)  🔵 Enhancements (authority signals, brand mentions) Each issue shows you which pages are affected and why it matters. No more manual audits. No more guessing. Fix what's actually broken. #AIvisibility #GEO

We just launched Domain Overview. Now you can click any domain in our AI visibility dashboard and instantly understand why it shows up in AI answers more than you do. Why we built this? Some domains absolutely dominate AI citations. We needed to know why. Turns out different AI platforms have completely different preferences. One domain might crush it on ChatGPT but get ignored by Gemini. Nobody was tracking this. How it works Click any domain. See everything: • Citation trends (watch momentum over time) • Platform breakdown (ChatGPT vs Gemini vs Google AI) • Winning pages (which specific URLs get cited most) • Prompt triggers (exact queries driving citations) • Topic dominance (where their authority lives) Three ways you can use this: - For partnerships: Found a domain crushing it in your target prompts? That's your next partnership. See which platforms they influence, what topics they own. Makes budget decisions obvious. - For competitive intel: See exactly which pages work for any domain. Which prompts trigger them. Which topics they dominate. Now build something better. - For your own content: Finally understand which of your pages drive AI citations and which don't. Which prompts you're winning vs missing. 👉 Book a demo to get a free AI visibility audit and action plan for your brand: https://lnkd.in/gHZVDS6M

  • Listicles lose a third of their citations when users search branded terms. Reviews jump 637%. We analyzed 280M+ citations to find out how AI platforms behave differently when people look for "Writesonic features" vs "best GEO tools." The big changes: Listicles: 30.92% → 19.56% (-37%) Reviews: 0.64% → 4.71% (+637%) Press releases: 2.3x lift Pricing pages: drop 25-96% across all platforms Dive into the full report on our blog. • The path from awareness to decision is getting shorter, but way harder to intercept. The traditional funnel is collapsing. What used to be 5-7 measurable touchpoints (ad click → blog → comparison → review → purchase) now happens in a single ChatGPT thread. Prospect asks "which project management tool for teams under 50?" and follows up immediately with "what's pricing?" and "pros and cons?" Your brand either shows up in that one exchange or it doesn't. Your visibility is split between what you control and what the AI decides to say about you. If the AI gets your positioning wrong or skips you entirely, you've lost the whole journey. The work now is understanding prompt journeys. "Best CRM for startups" (keyword) is completely different from "I run a 30-person remote startup, need a CRM that works with Slack and doesn't need a dedicated admin" (prompt). Your content needs to be structured so AI systems can extract facts cleanly and cite you confidently. Start here: Go ask ChatGPT or Perplexity the questions your prospects would ask about your product category. Are you mentioned? Is the information accurate? If you're not showing up, you have a visibility problem. If the information is wrong, you have a content structure problem. Both are fixable, but you can't fix what you're not monitoring. #AIvisibility #Generativeengineoptimization #newcustomerjourney

Our Head of Content analyzed 282 million AI platform citations across 18 industries to answer the question: does each industry need a special GEO strategy? The data says no. The content types that drive 45-50% of AI citations show only 2-5x variation across industries: • Listicles: 2.2x difference between lowest and highest industries • Category hubs: 2.4x difference • How-to docs: 2.9x difference • Product pages: 4.7x difference This is modest variation, and thus not enough to justify industry-specific approaches. Meanwhile, niche formats (API docs, competitor pages, calculators) show extreme variation, but they represent 0.01-2% of citations at best. In short: proven tactics transfer and platform personalities are consistent across industries. The same strong core content performs for every vertical.
