It's clear. Women rule in Massachusetts. Delighted that WBUR is once again on the list of top 100 women-led businesses in our great state. We're in such impressive company. Thank you to all our friends at The Women's Edge and Boston Globe Media for this galvanizing tradition. https://lnkd.in/exYtFT5f

Your favorite podcast hosts have their own go-to shows, too. What are they? Fans asked Benjamin Brock Johnson and Roman Mars, co-hosts of Hidden Levels — a new limited series from WBUR's Endless Thread and 99% Invisible: https://wbur.fm/4o3qcsj

Stories like this involve so much more than just going through records and doing interviews. It also requires careful stewardship of vulnerable sources. I spoke to six women who were possibly spied on by a hidden camera in their work gym's locker room. They were all afraid — of speaking out against their employer, and of the voyeur (who was never caught). I'm always thinking: how can I make sure I don't harm this person further? What do they need to feel comfortable? That looks like having initial off-the-record conversations, explaining my process, prepping them for publication and checking in with them after the fact. I'm grateful every time someone agrees to talk to me. And I'm glad to have learned tools from places like Poynter Institute, Wallace House Center for Journalists, WBUR and elsewhere. https://lnkd.in/e4M5CNMk

Five years ago this month, On Point with Meghna Chakrabarti transformed. Today, the show is heard on nearly 350 radio stations across the country — and the podcast is in the midst of a remarkable upswing. Jonathan Dyer, the show's executive producer, reflects and offers his cheers to the next five years: https://wbur.fm/4o3BKMd
