Valley Health Partners Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Heath Center Look-alike in Allentown PA.
About us
Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHPCHC) is a nonprofit organization recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA) by Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). An FQHC-LA is a community health center that provides comprehensive primary care and other services such as interpretation, transportation and health education for the community population. An FQHC-LA does not turn patients away based on their ability to pay and removes financial barriers for receiving care. FQHC-LAs provide whole-person care, creating opportunities for the health center to look beyond medical care and focus on social determinants of health that could be some of the underlying causes of poor health. VHPCHC is proud to offer these services to all members of our community! We take pride in having a welcoming atmosphere and offering care that is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and of high quality.

Members of our Street Medicine team spent Sunday morning connecting with the welcoming congregation at PALMER TOWNSHIP COMMUNITY CHURCH MORAVIAN. 💚 We’re grateful to be chosen as their October Mission of the Month organization. Their support helps us continue meeting people where they are and providing compassionate care to those experiencing homelessness.
