The member owned and member controlled cooperative has been in the forefront of infrastructure development in Kerala, India, since 1925. Widely respected for our commitment to quality and time-bound completion, we are the builder of choice for Government departments and private clients, for the construction of roads, bridges and buildings.With a turnover of close to Rupees 500 crores, and a three-year CAGR of 28%, we have completed 6500 projects and are currently implementing over 150 projects. ULCCS has now stepped forward in to other areas. UL Cyberpark, our subsidiary, is the only Special Economic Zone in India set up by a Labor Contract Cooperative Society. We forayed into IT services through our fast growing IT services company named UL Technology Solutions. We demonstrated our passion for the promotion of Indian traditional handicrafts sector by setting up Sargaalaya, a unique tourist destination where craftsmen from various parts of the country produce and exhibit their exquisite creations. ULCCS Foundation, our CSR arm, helps the underprivileged sections of the society through its activities in the areas of health, education, housing and welfare of the mentally and physically challenged.
