Essa semana, aconteceu a 2ª edição do Allyship Day da Uber Brasil. Com o tema “De aliado para aliando-se: como somar forças na luta pela equidade de gênero", o evento - que é organizado pela ERG Women@Uber - propôs reflexões sobre tópicos como os desafios e papéis da liderança feminina, empatia vinda da liderança, vieses de privilégio, masculinidades possíveis e a busca por um ambiente mais saudável na internet. With the theme “From ally to allying: how to join forces in the fight for gender equality”, the event - organized by ERG Women@Uber - proposed reflections on topics such as the challenges and roles of female leadership, empathy from leadership, biases of privilege, possible masculinities and the search for a healthier environment on the internet.
