In the Microsoft Digital Defense Report, Microsoft comments on election interference with a specific observation around malicious lookalike domains being registered. Microsoft provides this advice: "Use defensive registrations of obvious homoglyphs of your organization’s domains to prevent them being used in a cyberattack."
