أقمنا في سدكو القابضة عدة مبادرات تطوعية في عام ٢٠٢٤ من أبرزها مبادرة التبرع بالدم ضمن برنامج “بادر” بالتعاون مع مجمع الملك عبدالله الطبي، وجلسات استشارية مخصصة ومجانية لمستفيدي برنامج "روّاد". كما أقمنا مسيرة عطاء خلال شهر رمضان المبارك تحت شعار نور دربك للخير والتي تضمنت عدة مبادرات منها: تقديم وجبات الإفطار ومبادرة كسوة العيد للأطفال اليتامى ومبادرة سلال رمضان التبرعية. ‎أسهمت جهود فريقنا المبذولة في إنجاح هذه المبادرات وعززت من ثقافة العمل التطوعي وفعل الخير، وترجمت جهودنا خلال العام إلى أكثر من 2667 ساعة تطوعية مقدمة من 519 متطوع من خلال 19 مبادرة، بقيمة اقتصادية تفوق 397,076.7 ريال سعودي، لبت احتياجات أكثر من 5118 مستفيد. كما أثمرت جهودنا المبذولة بفوزنا بجائزتين؛ جائزة المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وجائزة الخليج للاستدامة. نفخر بهذه الإنجازات وبدورنا تجاه المجتمع تماشيًا مع رؤية المملكة. نشكر الموظفين جميعهم لمساهمتهم في إبراز قيمة العطاء ومشاركتهم هذه المبادرة الإنسانية. #سدكو_القابضة In 2024, SEDCO Holding successfully accomplished several volunteer initiatives, including a blood donation drive as part of the "Badir" program, in collaboration with the King Abdullah Medical Complex. We also offered specialized and free consultancy sessions for beneficiaries of the "Rowad" program. Continuing our 'Journey of Giving', we launched the "Light the Path for Good" initiative, which included providing iftar meals. Additional initiatives included "Eid Clothing for Orphaned Children" and the "Ramadan Basket Donation" drives. The dedicated efforts of our team were crucial to the success of these initiatives, strengthening the culture of volunteering and goodwill. Over the year, these efforts translated into more than 2,667 volunteer hours contributed by 519 volunteers across 19 initiatives. The economic value of this work exceeded 397,076.7 Saudi Riyals, directly benefiting over 5,118 individuals. Our continued efforts also resulted in winning two prestigious awards: the Social Responsibility Award and the Gulf Sustainability Award. We take pride in these achievements and our role in the community, aligning with the vision of the Kingdom. The event provided a platform for meaningful networking, knowledge-sharing, and insightful discussions on the global and local economic outlook for 2025. The evening began with a note by SEDCO Holding Chairman, Mr. Yaser Bin Saleh Binmahfouz, followed by insights on the local and global economic landscape from Mr. Themis Themistocleous of UBS and Mr. Asad Khan of Saudi National Bank. في اليوم السعودي والعالمي للتطوع نظمنا يوم سدكو التطوعي للسنة الثامنة على التوالي وقمنا بتنفيذ عدة مبادرات تطوعية ضمنها مبادرة "لنعزز استدامة بيئتنا" بالشراكة مع جمعية البر في جدة والتي تهدف إلى تعزيز الوعي بالاستدامة البيئية من خلال التعاون مع الأطفال الأيتام لصنع لوحة فنية من اغطية علب الماء المعاد تدويرها. تضمنت المبادرة الثانية التعاون مع الجمعية الفيصلية الخيرية النسوية بجدة لإلهام الأطفال وتمكينهم من اكتشاف قدراتهم الإبداعية عبر التعرف على مجالات متنوعة تشمل المالية، والهندسة والفيزياء. مَثل يوم سدكو التطوعي لهذا العام فرصة مهمة لتعزيز دورنا في دعم الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا في مجتمعنا، حيث شعر موظفونا بالأثر الإيجابي للمبادرات التطوعية، خاصةً في تعزيز روح التكاتف مع أفراد المجتمع، وترسيخ قيم التعاون والعمل المشترك من أجل النهوض بمجتمعنا والمساهمة في ازدهاره بما يتماشى مع أهدافنا و إطار رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية لرؤية ٢٠٣٠. #سدكو_القابضة #يوم_التطوع_السعودي_والعالمي #يوم_التطوع_العالمي As part of the Saudi and International Volunteering Day, we organized the 8th annual SEDCO Volunteering Day, during which we implemented several volunteer initiatives. Among them was the initiative "Let’s Nurture a Greener Future," in partnership with Albir Society in Jeddah. This initiative aimed to raise awareness about environmental sustainability by collaborating with orphaned children to create an artistic piece using recycled water bottle caps. The second initiative involved collaboration with the Faisaliah Women’s Charity Society in Jeddah to inspire and empower children to discover their creative potential through exploring diverse fields, including finance, engineering, and physics. This year’s SEDCO Volunteering Day was an important opportunity to strengthen our role in supporting the most vulnerable groups in our community. Our employees experienced the positive impact of these volunteer initiatives, especially in fostering a spirit of solidarity with community members and reinforcing the values of collaboration and teamwork to advance our society and contribute to its prosperity.
