Our behavioral health team continues to grow! We would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest behavioral health provider, Rachel Unseth, MS, LPC, CSAC.   Rachel is passionate about providing patient-centered care to patients of all ages, and specializes in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, including those affected by substance use or who identify as neurodivergent. Rachel will be available for appointments in Cashton and La Crosse, with Prairie du Chien coming soon. Exciting news!   Last month, renovations began at the REACH Center for the future Scenic Bluffs – La Crosse Health Center! These renovations will bring together our current La Crosse dental and behavioral health services into one convenient health center location—co-located with several community social service agencies to better support the whole person.   The new space will offer: ✅ Expanded dental services with 7 operatories ✅ Comprehensive medical care, including exam and procedure rooms ✅ Counseling and group visit space for behavioral health   Behavioral health appointments are continuing at the REACH Center throughout construction, so patients can keep receiving care without interruption.   Renovations are expected to be completed by spring 2026. We look forward to opening a space that strengthens both health and community in La Crosse.   📢 Stay tuned for updates as progress continues!

🎉 Big News! 🎉 We are thrilled to share that Scenic Bluffs' Clinical Director, Penny Funk, RN, MSN, has been named Wisconsin’s 2025 Immunization Champion by the CDC and the Association of Immunization Managers—and earlier this year, she was also honored as the Immunization Champion for Western Wisconsin by Immunize Wisconsin. Since joining Scenic Bluffs in 2024, Penny has poured her heart into making vaccines accessible for everyone in our communities—partnering with schools, food pantries, churches, and more.
