Mental wellness doesn’t happen by accident. At ScalePad, our commitment to mental health is supported by the work of our Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC), a group dedicated to building a workplace where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive. This #MentalHealthMonth, we’re spotlighting Matt Gulliver, one of our awesome team leads and a proud member of ScalePad's JHSC. In this video, Matt shares how the committee is helping build a culture grounded in: 🤝 Resilience as a shared responsibility 🤝 Psychological safety as a foundation 🤝 Learning, listening, and leading with care Take a moment to hear from Matt and learn how our JHSC is helping make mental wellness part of our everyday culture! 💡

Most MSPs don’t get cut because they’re slow. They get cut because the client never felt the strategy. That’s what this week’s Whiteboard is all about—sparked by a convo with Chris Day at ScalePad. You can be doing great work. But if your delivery doesn’t show that clearly, you’re forgettable. 📺 Full episode link in comments. — If this made you think— the next one might shift how you operate. 👉 Jeffrey Newton 👉 MSP Insider Show #MSPInsider #ClientRetention

What makes a workplace mentally and emotionally healthy? 🧠 It’s not just perks or days off. It’s how people are treated, supported, and led. Mental wellness begins with trust, empathy, and genuinely caring leaders. We’re proud to have been named one of Great Place to Work® Canada’s Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness for the second year in a row. Why? Because building a healthier, more human workplace isn’t a one-time initiative, it’s something we commit to daily! Our team leaders play a big part in this. We tapped a few on the shoulder to hear how they support mental wellness on their teams. Watch the video to hear from Tapinder Tiwana, Liza Brailovski, Jan Karlo Manuel, Claire Barnard, and Yannick Le Carre! 🎥 #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #GPTW #MentalWellness

It was a packed four days in Vegas at #KaseyaConnect, filled with lots of great conversations with MSPs, partners and peers! There’s nothing quite like being on the floor, engaging with the people driving our industry forward. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth. We had some amazing conversations with folks from across the channel, and it was great to hear about the challenges and wins shaping your 2025 plans. Cybersecurity and AI were prominent throughout the event, highlighting just how quickly the MSP landscape is evolving. From discussing real-world pain points to exploring what’s next, these topics are at the top of many people's minds. I was fortunate to be there with a stellar team—Ray Mann, Furina Izad, Fateh Dhaliwal, Colin Roche, and Rahim Lalani —having real conversations and sharing how we’re helping MSPs tackle the issues that matter most. If we connected and you’d like to keep the conversation going, or if we missed each other, let’s chat. I’d love to show you how we’re helping our partners grow smarter and stronger. Until next time!

Ever love a product so much you talk about it constantly? For me, that is Quoter. For years, quoting was the part of my sales process I dreaded the most. Sure, creating a quote for a single product was easy you log into Amazon, find the price, add a markup, drop it into a free template, and email it off to the customer. But quoting multiple products, subscription services, installation labor, tiered pricing, and optional add-ons? That was a whole different story. I’ve been in sales for over sixteen years, and during that time, I’ve used three different quoting tools and tested at least a dozen others. Every single one had their own set of problems: The quoting process was too complicated. - Only one or two team members could actually use the system effectively. - The tools claimed to have flexibility, but they required rigid templates that slowed us down. - Pricing structures were inflexible, and revisions were a nightmare. - Some systems didn’t even apply taxes properly I had to fix them manually after the quote was signed! - Integration with distributors and PSA systems was either nonexistent or clunky. Honestly, it was exhausting. These issues didn’t just waste time, they directly impacted our ability to close deals and grow our revenue. I knew we needed something better. When I started researching quoting solutions again, I was determined to find something that solved all these issues. After testing multiple platforms, I landed on Quoter. And let me tell you it was a game-changer. Integrating Quoter with my PSA system was incredibly simple. Within a few hours, I had all our core agreements and products loaded, set up the payment gateway, and even processed a $1 demo quote to see how the system worked from both the buyer’s and seller’s perspectives. The next day, I sent out our first production quote. A day later, I gave my team access to Quoter, along with a quick 15-minute training session. That’s when everything changed. Before Quoter, only one or two people on my team could handle quoting effectively. It was a bottleneck that slowed us down and frustrated our customers. With Quoter, that bottleneck disappeared. Suddenly, every team member could create accurate, professional quotes in minutes whether they were in the office or on-site with a customer. The number of quotes we sent out each month skyrocketed, and our customers noticed the difference. They were getting the information they needed faster and more accurately. As a result, we saw a dramatic increase in project and product sales. Quoter didn’t just make our quoting process easier. It made our entire sales workflow faster, more efficient, and more profitable. By eliminating the headaches of outdated systems, we were able to focus on what really matters: delivering value to our customers and growing our business. Check out Quoter and see for yourself: https://lnkd.in/g87hENYm
