Standing tall along River Valley Road, the Great World City #Office Towers now present a #contemporary façade that reflects both corporate sophistication and urban calm. Originally built in 1997, the towers have been #revitalised with new #façade cladding and an updated exterior #design, creating a refreshed environment that feels luxurious yet welcoming. As the Qualified Person (QP) for this transformation, RSP ensured the building’s updated layout, materials and design fully met compliance and quality standards enabling Great World City Office Towers to transition seamlessly into its new chapter. RSP also served as the QP and Structural Engineer for the newly completed underpass linkway to Great World MRT, enhancing #accessibility and #connectivity for the wider precinct. “It’s been really rewarding to be part of this journey from start to finish. I’m excited to see how people experience the refreshed space and make it part of their everyday lives,” shared Charlie, Senior Associate, RSP. 📸: Madeni Jais / MadPlusPhotos

Rise by Athlon, A Community Built Around Motion Rise by Athlon, a development by Aldar, was created as a place to move; with purpose, with connection, and with vitality. In collaboration with Aldar RSP shaped the interiors to ensure every space supports wellbeing and community. The project was developed in collaboration with leading athletic experts, designed to support not only physical wellbeing but emotional and social wellness as well. Trail loops, running tracks, cycling routes, and outdoor workout zones are embedded as part of daily life. This is a place where you might walk your child to school along shaded family paths, then start your own day with a run that links directly to Al Qudra. Where you can wind down in wellness zones or gather in social fitness hubs. Where every space, indoors and out, encourages motion and mindfulness in equal measure. The project’s foundation rests on three core pillars: Connection. Activity. Community. Together, they turn everyday routines into rituals that support a healthier, more intentional lifestyle. We’re proud of the work our interior design team has done for this remarkable project, helping bring the Rise by Athlon vision to life from the inside out. Thank you to Aldar for the opportunity to contribute to a development that truly redefines what it means to live well. #risebyathlon #interiordesign #RSP #designmeetshumanity #dubairealestate

Weave reimagines the former Forum space into a #biophilic, naturally ventilated town square, weaving together lush #greenery, shaded paths and pavilions to create a vibrant, community-driven destination. As highlighted by The Straits Times, the project exemplifies how #adaptive #reuse and #sustainable design can breathe new life into existing structures, transforming the familiar into something extraordinary. As project architects, the development was completed by RSP in collaboration with Benoy Architects and ICN Design. 📸: Madeni Jais / MadPlusPhotos Read the article: https://lnkd.in/gt4hD8Er

The layout of RSP's Global Design Studio has been carefully designed to support creativity and collaboration from the moment you step inside. From the arrival lounge to the open studio spaces, every area encourages interaction and the exchange of ideas. In fact, half of the time, our team members are not at their desks, they are in meeting rooms, collaboration zones, or breakout areas, actively sharing and developing ideas together. The L-shaped floor plate offered a unique opportunity to create large, flexible spaces that can host international clients, workshops, and events. We also have a dedicated material library, designed not only for the interior design and architecture teams but also as a hub for learning, presentations, and hands-on workshops. This combination of spaces allows our team to move seamlessly between focused work, creative collaboration, and client engagement. The studio demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform the way a team works, making creativity and collaboration an integral part of daily life. In this video, Prabhanjan Kambadur, Zoë (Burnett) Casey, and Stephanie Brown share insights on how the layout fosters collaboration, creativity, and connection throughout the studio.

RSP is proud to support 'A Whale of a Tale', Singapore’s first #intergenerational playground at the National Museum of Singapore. Designed by the Magical Bridge Foundation, funded by Amanda Toh Steckler and her late husband Vince Steckler, the #playground reimagines the museum experience extending #history and #heritage into a space for play, connection and #community. As the architectural consultant led by Mark Wong and Associate Matthias Alexander, RSP worked closely with the Museum and its partners to bring this #inclusive vision to life. At the launch event, our CEO Er. Beh Swee Chiew joined the welcome party to receive Minister of State, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth Mr. Yam Keng Baey and took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the playground, marking this meaningful milestone. “A fulfilling journey transforming paper into a one-of-a-kind playground, built beyond the typical modular systems. Seeing both the young and old enjoy the space truly hits differently. Grateful to have been part of the incredible team that made it happen.” Shared Matthias. Unveiled in celebration of the Museum’s 138th anniversary, the playground’s centrepiece, a striking whalebone play structure, pays homage to the iconic whale skeleton once displayed at the Museum from the early 1900s to 1970s. More than a place for play, A Whale of a Tale is a symbol of inclusivity and connection across generations. 📸: RSP & National Museum of Singapore

In September, RSP attended the inaugural Kiat Lim–Shaping Hearts Award 2025, organised by the Lim Family Foundation in partnership with the North East Community Development Council, in support of our Chairman Kiat Lim. The event was a meaningful celebration of 83 #artists with #disabilities, whose creativity, resilience and stories remind us of the power of #art to inspire and transform #communities. Earlier this year, RSP was honoured to be recognised as a Champion of Good by National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre’s (NVPC). For us, the recognition is a call to keep showing up for our communities in meaningful ways. Supporting initiatives like the Shaping Hearts Award is part of that journey, and we are proud to stand alongside partners who share the belief that #inclusivity can transform lives. Congratulations to the Lim Family Foundation on this wonderful first edition. We look forward to supporting many more causes that shape a kinder, more inclusive future together. 📸: Lim Family Foundation

The RSP Global Design Studio is a reflection of who we are as a company and how we approach design. From the moment you step inside, the space communicates our energy, creativity, and collaborative spirit. Every element, from open collaboration zones to intimate meeting spaces, was designed to reflect a culture of innovation and teamwork. The studio is a space where ideas can be explored freely, where conversations flow across disciplines, and where creativity is nurtured at every level. The design also reflects our commitment to clients. It demonstrates the high standards we set for ourselves and the excellence we deliver. The space signals that we are dedicated to building lasting relationships with some of the best clients in the region, while providing an environment that inspires both our team and those we collaborate with. In essence, the studio is a living representation of RSP’s identity, a space where energy, creativity, and collaboration come together to define who we are and how we work. In this video, Michael Magill and Ralf Steinhauer discuss how the studio embodies RSP’s identity and values.
