Congratulations to our 2025 Team Leader of the Year — Meridith Drenski, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT! 🎉 Meridith has done amazing work creating and evolving our residency program and helping clinicians grow their skills through the Core 4 courses—ultimately improving patient outcomes and strengthening RET’s culture of clinical excellence. She’s also represented RET across Confluent Health through TLC planning and countless initiatives, all while leading a thriving clinic and setting the bar high for excellence in her region. Meridith is the Clinic Director at our RET Woodinville location. Board Certified in Orthopedics and fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, she’s passionate about individualized care for every patient. We’re proud to celebrate Jonathan Lin, Clinic Director at RET Lynnwood, on earning his certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), also known by The McKenzie Method. Jonathan is also certified in Modern Management of the Older Adult (MMOA), reflecting his dedication to advanced, evidence-based care for patients of all ages and abilities. Originally from the Midwest, Jonathan earned both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Since 2019, the Pacific Northwest has been his home! Jonathan’s treatment philosophy centers around education, collaboration, and empowerment—helping patients understand their bodies and achieve independence in their recovery. He specializes in orthopedic care, concussions, and vertigo, and is known for his compassion, curiosity, and commitment to lifelong learning. When he’s not in the clinic, Jonathan enjoys creative projects, technology, and family time with his wife and daughter.
