This list honors the most influential women in Washington who are shaping the future of government, business, media, law, education, the arts and the nonprofit sector. Punchbowl News returned to the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's Annual Legislative Conference Week in partnership with Chime to uplift conversations centered around the theme of financial progress. Our main stage included a one-on-one interview with Maryland Gov. Wes Moore . Afterward, Shara Chang, chief compliance officer of Chime, joined Punchbowl News Founder and CEO Anna Palmer on stage for a fireside chat. Punchbowl News Special Projects Editor Elvina Nawaguna moderated an industry panel conversation with Jennifer Tescher, CEO of the Financial Health Network, and Delicia Reynolds Hand, senior director of digital marketplace for Consumer Reports.
