Spring isn’t just about clearing out cupboards – it’s the perfect chance to refresh your business finances too. A tidy system now can save you headaches later. Here are a few places to start: 🔹 Tidy up your books – check your reconciliations, update outstanding invoices, and make sure everything is in the right place. 🔹 Clear the paper clutter – snap and store receipts digitally so you’re not stuck hunting through drawers or dealing with faded slips. 🔹 Audit your subscriptions – review what you’re paying for each month and cut out anything you no longer need. Think of it as giving your finances a fresh start for the season ahead – clean, organised, and ready to grow. 🌱

✨ Te Wiki o te Reo Māori ✨ We had an amazing time celebrating as a team across all three of our offices, coming together virtually. Mihi guided us through introductions in te reo Māori – learning how to speak about ourselves (au), to someone else (koe), or to the person next to us (ia). We put our new skills into practice with a fun elimination game, using hand signals to point to the right person – lots of laughs all around! Beyond the fun, we gained a deeper appreciation for the kaupapa and meaning behind Te Wiki o te Reo Māori. And, of course, everyone brought along some delicious kai to share – full bellies and full hearts. Ka pai e te mahi, team!

✨ Auditor Proud Day ✨ Today we celebrate the audit profession and the people behind it. Your critical thinking, integrity, and ethical judgement are what build trust and confidence — in businesses, communities, and beyond. Thank you to all our auditors for the work you do every day. Let’s continue to show what auditing can achieve — and who makes it possible. #AuditorProud #CAANZ #PKFDoyles

Our team is here to guide you. Get in touch today on 06 349 0466 or admin@pkfdoyles.co.nz
