  • As college students head back to campus, it’s important to remember that this season can bring more than just excitement — it can also bring stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. It’s not uncommon for many students to suffer in silence. Below are tips for you or a loved one: ➡️ Explore the mental health resources available on your campus — from counseling services to academic accommodations — and take time to add the crisis hotlines to your phone so you’re prepared to help yourself or someone else if the need arises. ➡️ Know the signs: Changes in eating habits, declining academic performance, social withdrawal, and increased substance use are all common warning signs that may indicate underlying mental health concerns.
