We’ve had an exciting milestone at Plug and Play this month. Our team recently implemented the new M2 kiosk in the PnP cafeteria, and it has quickly become a well-received addition to the space. In addition to supplying the office with fresh, nutritious smoothies, the kiosk has enabled us to study authentic, day-to-day usage in a natural environment. This has provided meaningful insight into how users engage with the product and where we can continue improving. It’s been rewarding to see the M2 serve our peers while helping us gather thoughtful, grounded feedback. This setup has also supported a series of A/B tests that are helping us better understand our audience and refine key elements of the experience. The patterns we’re seeing have already guided improvements that make the system more efficient, intuitive, and enjoyable for users.
