Day 2 is packed with exciting keynotes, thought-provoking panel discussions, and meeting new friends. #GoToAGENTIC #GovAISummit
The tech space is moving far too quickly for any individual or company to keep pace. Developers, designers, marketers and product managers alike face big challenges as tech industry keeps innovating itself in every few years. Our mission is to make sure people who care about staying up to date with latest trends have access to the information and people who can help them. Modev is an ally and an opportunity. Modev was started in 2008 as the ModevDC Meetup group in Washington, D.C. by Pete Erickson. After a few events, it was clear that the demand for learning and mutual collaboration in tech space is much higher than a Meetup group can cater. Modev has established several individual chapters as well as full blown conference series like Voice and EXO Summits. VOICE Summit is now the largest voice-tech event in the world.

Government innovation is shifting from experiments to execution. This GovAI Summit blog highlights how agencies are embedding AI into real operations from predictive analytics to citizen communication. 👉 Read more: https://hubs.li/Q03PSnlm0 The takeaway? Innovation isn’t about chasing the newest tool. It’s about scaling what works, building governance that enables agility, and developing teams who understand both the tech and the mission. The hardest part isn’t launching something new, it’s sustaining momentum. If your agency or organization is testing AI, ask: - How will this pilot deliver lasting value? - Do we have the right cross-functional structure to support it? - Are we sharing lessons as openly as successes? - Real progress happens when experimentation becomes everyday practice. #AIinGovernment #PublicSectorInnovation #ResponsibleAI #GovAI #DigitalTransformation
AI is reshaping how government serves the public, but progress depends on people, not just technology. Agencies that build strong AI talent pipelines will be the ones that deliver secure, ethical, and effective services. That means: ✅ Creating clear pathways for AI careers within government ✅ Upskilling existing staff to apply AI responsibly ✅ Embedding ethics, inclusion, and accountability in every role The next generation of government AI leaders will be those who can bridge technical skill with public mission. The future of government AI will be shaped by the people who design, govern, and deploy it. Read more: https://hubs.li/Q03Pt5Ck0 #GovAI #AI #GovTech #PublicSector #FutureOfWork
Everyone’s talking about agentic AI, but what does that really mean? AGENTIC’s new blog lays out a simple test: If your AI can set goals, adapt to change, and act with purpose, it’s agentic. If it just executes commands, it’s not. Understanding this difference is the key to building systems that are autonomous and trustworthy. AI has become part of how government works every day. The decisions being made today will shape public trust, service delivery, and national resilience for years to come. GovAI Summit, taking place October 27–29 in Arlington, brings together leaders who are turning ideas into action. They are aligning policy with implementation and building systems that deliver real results for citizens. This event is where agencies learn from each other, explore what responsible AI looks like in practice, and create a shared foundation for progress. If you care about the future of AI in public service, this is the place to learn, connect, and lead. Learn more: https://hubs.li/Q03PfkB20 #GovAI #PublicSectorAI #AIforGood #GovTech
Trust and transparency are the foundation of government AI. As artificial intelligence becomes part of how agencies make decisions, the public’s confidence depends on openness and accountability. Transparency means more than sharing data. It requires clear communication about how models work, why outcomes occur, and how human oversight is maintained. When government systems are explainable and auditable, they become stronger, safer, and more trusted. Real innovation happens when technology serves people with clarity and integrity.
