Togetherness is a wonderful feeling and one that can be truly experienced in the corporate world. Last week, we hosted our Miniclip senior finance team offsite in London to discuss priorities for the next 2 years and how finance can unlock the phenomenal growth potential of Miniclip by remaining agile and future focused. With members of our team all around the world, we regularly engage together via Zoom but last week was a good reminder that we are a highly social species with herd behaviour: our curiosity, creativity and problem solving skills are elevated through social and emotional connections that only happen when we are physically together. Thank you everyone for taking time away from your families and for your inspiring contributions. Thank you Maë Faugere and Caroline Vienot for delivering an insightful #climatefresk which has undoubtedly raised our ambition to act against climate change as a firm. Thank you Nic Walker for demistifying AI for finance in gaming. Thank you Charlie Curson for facilitating our strategic prioritisation and for being such a positive critical friend throughout the offsite.
