We are stronger together! With over 200 members from over 100 organizations across Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot counties, we are working together to create the healthiest mid shore by addressing our region's most pressing health issues. Priority areas include Diabetes/Healthy Living, Health Equity/Social Determinants of Health, Tobacco/Cancer, Telehealth, Health Literacy, and Provider Recruitment and Retention.
