Wellness isn’t about how you look, it’s about how you feel. This National Wellness Month, we’re reminding everyone that true wellness includes emotional balance, mental clarity, and self-compassion. It’s not defined by weight, body size, or appearance. Wellness does not mean thin. It does not require a number on the scale. It means caring for your whole self — mind, body, and spirit.
