I was honored to represent PMI KSA Chapter معهد إدارة المشاريع فرع المملكة العربية السعودية at #saudiintermobility Conference in Jeddah, where I had the privilege of moderating a panel featuring esteemed subject matter experts Eng.Samah Bakhsh and Dr. Ali O. Melibari . We discussed the future of infrastructure projects in alignment with the KSA Vision 2030 development goals. The panel concluded with several key recommendations: - **Establishing a City Infrastructure Baseline Report:** This is a crucial step for understanding current challenges, identifying comprehensive solutions, and integrating them into city development plans. - **Prioritizing Customer Experience:** It is essential to consider customer experience from the early stages of project development to satisfy their needs with the proper level of services. - **Safety as a Key Performance Indicator:** Prioritizing safety should be a fundamental KPI for measuring the success of Vision 2030 mobility infrastructure projects. - ** Well-prepared transformation plans:** are essential for the successful adoption of smart mobility modes and infrastructure.
