During the Idaho Elections Conference, I had the honor of celebrating Idaho's dedicated election administrators. The Governor officially designated January 3, 2024, as Election Administrator Day, celebrating the commitment and achievements of these professionals. JoMeta Spencer, an exemplary election official, was recognized for her outstanding career and ongoing dedication to maintaining CERA certification, even in retirement. Valerie Veradi from Twin Falls, Saul Seyler and Trent Tripple from Ada County, along with Shelly Tilton from Gem County, were also honored for achieving the highest national certification for elections administrators, the Certified Elections Registration Administrators (CERA) certification. Idaho is privileged to have such exemplary election officials!
