We believe that when banks and neighbors work together, great communities grow stronger.
About us
Heritage Bank was founded in 1927 with the belief that when banks and neighbors work together, great communities grow stronger. Heritage has remained true to this vision—and close to our roots—offering financial solutions that put our customers and local businesses first. Perhaps that's why our company has grown from a single location to a robust network of branches throughout the Pacific Northwest. Along the way, we've joined forces with Whidbey Island Bank and Central Valley Bank to further our goals of local service, community building and strength. Today, 90 years later, Heritage stands for more than a community bank. We are community of banks, working together to serve the unique needs of each and every customer. Member FDIC. Equal Housing Lender.

On September 10, our annual Volunteer Day, we closed branches early to dedicate the afternoon to service. Across Washington, Oregon and Idaho, our teams supported local nonprofits working to fight hunger, provide shelter and strengthen communities. We are proud to stand alongside these organizations and invest in the places we call home. (Head over to our Facebook page for tons more photos!)

Mark your calendars! 📆 In just one month, on Wednesday, September 10, our teams will be heading out into the community for our annual Volunteer Day. All Heritage Bank locations will close at noon and will remain closed for the remainder of the day. We will open at our regular time the following day. We will have limited customer service staff available during this time to address any immediate banking needs, online and mobile banking services will continue to be available and our ATMs will remain fully operational.
