  • If you have a pizza topping Waterfall Applicator, you know that because of its capacity, its belts and parts can be considerable. And because of their performance and accuracy, they can also be expensive to replace. The Waterfall sanitation cart holds each belt, scraper, and other parts in a specific place—ensuring they're stored correctly and together. You can now easily move all parts to sanitation, minimizing the opportunity for damage and loss. Sanitation carts are only one of the ways we support Waterfall Applicator customers. Ask us about training, maintenance, and optimization.

  • Pizza toppings are the highest-cost ingredients on your line and are the first things consumers see. So, the equipment you use to top your frozen pizzas is critical. Here are the key factors when considering topping equipment: 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗬 🎯 Of deposit weight, pattern, and targeting 𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗫𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 💪 To handle multiple toppings (cheese, IQF, meat & plant-based) and have production go up and down with your throughput 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 💦 For thorough and fast sanitation with minimal downtime 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 & 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 👷♂️ From the OEM for speedy parts, troubleshooting, training, and maintenance Not all pizza topping equipment is created equal. Choose the right equipment and supplier to improve your production and bottom line.

  • We're working on further automating your production with robotic slicer loading. Watch the demo video of a robot scanning the product holders (clusters) to determine which ones need to be filled, and then loading the product sticks into an Ultramatic slicer accordingly. Tell us if you're interested in configuring a solution for your Grote slicer.

  • A used slicer isn’t really a bargain if it isn’t configured for your operation. Sure, a used slicer comes with a lower price tag. But without the right setup, it can mean: ⚠️ Lower throughput ⚠️ Higher waste ⚠️ Inconsistent slice quality ⚠️ More downtime That’s why we don’t just install used slicers — we reconfigure and support them for your exact application. Here’s how we do it: 1️⃣ Inspect the machine — virtually or onsite at your plant. 2️⃣ Train your maintenance and operations teams for confidence on day one. 3️⃣ Build a custom plan using machine history, condition, and your production goals. 4️⃣ Upgrade the slicer in the field or at our facility — fast turnaround, minimal downtime. 5️⃣ Provide follow-up visits or a PM plan to keep your machine (and team) running at peak. A used slicer shouldn’t feel like a compromise. With the right configuration, it becomes a reliable asset.

  • What does it take to grow a business through acquisition — and do it sustainably? Our CEO, Bob Grote, shares lessons from leading eight acquisitions in ten years in the Chief Executive Group article “The Serial Acquirer’s Playbook”. His approach is about building long-term relationships, finding cultural alignment, and investing with purpose — a philosophy we call “agápe capitalism.” From refining acquisition criteria to integrating teams and brands across 11 global locations, Bob outlines how we continue to expand with Vanmark Equipment, PFI Conveyors, SPI Automation, ProFab, and McCabe's Mechanical while staying true to our people and values. Read how thoughtful, disciplined growth can create lasting market strength and a legacy of trust. https://lnkd.in/g24-6Bxg

  • Planning for new equipment for even late this year or early next? Keep your project on track by considering production schedule factors. ➡️ Customization Requirements: Our equipment is tailored to your application and footprint. To get you exactly what you need, we need production and layout information and approvals on schedule. ➡️ Supply Chain Challenges: Global disruptions and tariffs can delay the availability of essential components. Our team stays prepared with supplier agreements and safety stocking. ➡️ OEM Production Schedules: High demand can lead to longer queues for equipment fabrication. We mitigate this with a network of suppliers and our sister brands to stick to our lead times. By proactively addressing these items, equipment orders stay on schedule.

  • Minimizing manual handling is crucial for maintaining product safety. Our slice-and-apply slicers address this by automating two steps: slicing and directly applying products to food bases, trays, screens, or conveyors. This ensures: ✅ Reduced Manual Handling ✅ Consistent Hygiene Standards ✅ Enhanced Product Safety By integrating slice-and-apply slicers, food processors can uphold stringent safety protocols while maintaining high productivity and quality levels.

  • That one time we made 1,800 pizzas for a FAT. When we say "enduring commitment," we mean it. It's all hands on deck until a project is complete and our customers are satisfied. For this FAT, we ran our pizza line for 1.5 hours, making over 1,800 pizzas. We ran until we were all happy with the sauce, cheese, and topping application and lay down. Kudos to our team for living our promise, day in and day out. 💪
