In 2024, revenues were increased by 11% to CHF 5.2 billion in 2024 (4.7 billion in 2023), EBITDA has increased by 73% to a level of CHF 391 million (vs CHF 226 million in 2023), cash and cash equivalents were at CHF 355 million as per 31 December 2024 compared to CHF 285 million at the end of 2023. Gate Gourmet’s show cooking at Air Europa's stand in FITUR 2025 Our very own Luis Bonastre Capell conquered his audience with two delicious dishes: Black bread coca with avocado and prawns in sous-vide: Based on the traditional cocas of Catalonia, Valencia and the Balearic Islands, Chef Luis made a coca adapting it to be more digestible on a plane, using as a base pumpernickel bread. A dish rich in healthy fats, antioxidants and fiber, low in calories, promotes satiety and hydration. A perfect blend to enjoy while flying. Red Velvet in a glass: a base of red velvet cake with a touch of cocoa, then covered with mascarpone lightened with cream to make it smoother in the mouth and sweetened with honey and topped with freeze-dried raspberries. A dessert rich in antioxidants, with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and lower glycemic impact.
