Coming out the woodwork (pun intended) is this #UnboxingwithAdam featuring @Studio_Moulding. Studio is one of our lesser known vendors. Not for any particular reason - they have a number of unique collections that we carry, a lot of which we use often for custom mirrors. Their champagne finish strikes a wonderful balance between silver and gold, which makes it work extremely well in many bathrooms and powder rooms. Three of the collections, Harmony, Grove, and Milan, feature beautiful wood tones in a variety of shapes, colors, and finishes. Cascade has a great acid-washed metallic finish, and Astoria evokes an Art Deco feel (not mid-century modern, as Adam mistakenly said). As with many of these frames, photos and video don't do them justice, so make sure to come in and see them for yourself! #custompictureframing #savannahpictureframing #pictureframinginsavannah

"You can frame big stuff, right?" That's how the call started. "Sure, why?" "Well, I went to [big box competitor] and they laughed at me." "Well, how big is big?" "9 feet by 3 feet." "No problem. I'll have a quote to you in a couple hours." Suffice it to say that our quote was reasonable, the client a pleasure to work with, and the finished product a nice image for social media. Adam shown for scale. Worth noting is that this was a scaled down image from @Kodak's famed Colorama display from New York's Grand Central Station. The original images were 18 feet by 60 feet - that might have been a problem. But we'd still be willing to give it a look! Sometimes size does matter. Always trust the pros. #custompictureframing #savannahpictureframing #pictureframinginsavannah

Apparently when it rains, it pours! We get a couple new collections for an unboxing, and then we get a bunch more from other companies. Can't complain about new products and options for our clients, though, can we? On this #UnboxingwithAdam, we unbox 7(!) new collections from @OmegaMoulding. One of them, Shinzen, fits neatly into the #Japandi style of interior decorating which is so hot right now (/Mugatu) Luxe and G24 give some great options in different shades of gold, Corona gives us some pop, Ascend gives us depth, and 7L and Oak Nouveau keep thing simple and clean. Come check out these new collections, and stay tuned for more videos in the near future! #custompictureframing #savannahpictureframing #pictureframinginsavannah

Tacking on to our last post about finished corner frames, here's a sneak peek at another one we're working on. But surprise! This isn't really about that frame. It's really about the community that we have here in Savannah. This frame was made by a craftsman in Athens, GA. As you can tell, it's not small. In order to save the client money on shipping, we had arranged for someone to transport it from Athens to Savannah at a fraction of the expense. Unfortunately, that transportation fell through at the last minute due to circumstances beyond control. Enter the Savannah art community: we put out a post on Facebook wondering if anybody was heading to Athens for the weekend's football game. Long story short, within two hours we had someone who was able to borrow a truck, pick up the frame from the framer, and have her parents bring it home for us to pick up. Tremendous thanks go to Kayla at @Sweatty_Art - we featured her a couple weeks ago, and when she helped us get the situation fixed, she had no idea that post was already scheduled. She helped us just because she could. As did her friends. Despite repeated attempts, every single person who helped us refuse to take anything in thanks - not money, not goods, not anything. Y'all, this is why we love Savannah so much. The friendliness and helpfulness cannot be beaten. Thank you to Kayla, Kara, Corey, and more for their help on this project. Stay tuned for the finished product! #custompictureframing #savannahpictureframing

Look at these gorgeous finished corner frames! See the details, the corner embellishments, the customization of the color and size (we have videos of those, if you want to see them. Let us know!) We mentioned in the last post that the clients waited for months to pick these up. Funny story about that - they were finally coming into town, and were going to meet Adam at the store on a Saturday, as that was the only time they could. Unfortunately, that was during our monsoon season, so the weather was terrible, AND the husband ended up wiping out on some stairs and twisting his ankle! So Adam loaded the pieces into the car on Sunday morning and drove the pieces downtown to them. They trusted us so much that they weren't even going to look at them! Adam finally convinced them to open one, just for a teaser, and their joy made the wait worthwhile. When you come to the best, you get the best. #custompictureframing #savannahpictureframing #pictureframinginsavannah

We're finally able to dig back into the archives to show you this story. If you're paying close enough attention, you'll notice Adam is cleanshaven 😂 Back at the beginning of December last year, you might remember seeing a very special "reboxing" with Adam, where we packed up some samples for finished corner frames. Here, you see the first #UnboxingwithAdam of some of the frames. These frames took about 7 weeks to be handcrafted by true artisans, and you can tell how seriously they take their work just by the way they pack their frames back up for shipping. We're finally able to post this video now, and the upcoming photos of the finished pieces, because the clients, who don't live locally, were at long last able to come to town and get them, and were absolutely ecstatic with the results. What does it say about us that our clients are willing to drive from hours away and wait for months in order to get their artwork? Drop your thoughts below. #custompictureframing #savannahpictureframing #pictureframinginsavannah

Thank you so much to all the attendees of the @SavChamber 2025 Business Expo, and an even bigger thank you to the staff and sponsors that made it all possible. And a massive thank you to those that voted for us for Best Booth! We came in third, which is awesome, and big props to Diana and Tabatha at @AdSpecialtySAV for the help in making it happen! Watch the video to find out if you were the lucky winner of our Gift Certificate Giveaway, and remember - if you didn't win, it was Jenni's fault! 😂 See y'all at the next event! #custompictureframing #savannahpictureframing #pictureframinginsavannah

And here's a quick peek at some of the "finished" installation at the Upson County Judicial Center! "Finished" is in quotation marks because we hear rumors that they're already talking about getting more work done for other areas of the building, so we may be going back. With as positive an experience as it was, we can only keep our fingers crossed! #custompictureframing #savannahpictureframing #pictureframinginsavannah

Here's a little #ArtShowwithAdam on location in western Georgia. We were tapped to help with decorating the new Upson County Judicial Center. While not quite as exciting a city as Chicago, we can without question say that the people were significantly nicer, and the drive not nearly as tedious. @Parker_Stewart_ contributed both his photographic and printing talents, providing custom photos of the county and also printing historic photos of the area. Thomaston photographer Grady Kilgore also contributed some of his own photos as well. We've already heard from the staff that visitors to the Center have been congregating around the photos, trying to ID where they are and marveling about how they transform the space and make it feel more welcoming. So remember: we are here to serve our constituents too, wherever that may take us. Stay tuned for a post about how it looks now! #custompictureframing #savannahpictureframing #pictureframinginsavannah
