Drones were spotted over a Belgian nuclear facility last weekend – the latest in a series of incursions targeting airports, ports, and military sites across the country. Incidents like this remind us that critical infrastructure everywhere needs real airspace security, not just cameras and perimeter fencing. Fortem Technologies SkyDome® system was built for exactly these environments. Our Fixed-Site Security solution combines TrueView radar, AI-driven classification, and autonomous interceptor drones to detect, track, identify, and safely remove unauthorized drones -- technology proven in combat zones and approved for domestic use. Events in Belgium underscore what many operators already know: the threat is evolving faster than legacy systems can keep up. https://lnkd.in/eQtg2_XR

Last week, I had the opportunity to sit alongside Dan Sennott from Holland and Knight, Jon Gruen from Fortem Technologies, and Drew Watson from Swarmbotics AI to discuss the future of warfare and how drones are changing the nature of war at the Zero Gravity Summit hosted by 47G: Aerospace & Defense. The battlefield has changed—and so must we. The U.S. is no longer operating in a peacetime innovation cycle. We are on a war footing, and the United States Department of War knows it. The age of exquisite, slow-moving systems is over. Today’s fight demands low-cost, attritable, capabilities that can be deployed, evolved, and refreshed at speed. This is why Vector exists. We were built for this moment—to move faster, to adapt quicker, and to deliver operationally relevant technology that gives the warfighter an edge in today’s contested battlespace. Vector stands ready to meet this urgency head-on. Run With Us. #DefenseTech #ModernWarfare #Drones #NationalSecurity #WarFooting #AmericanMade #RunWithUs

The U.S. Army’s plan to acquire up to 1 million drones over the next few years marks a historic investment in the future of national security. Congratulations to the Army leadership and program teams driving this bold initiative to accelerate domestic drone production and innovation. As the Army scales up its drone capabilities, it’s equally important to strengthen defenses against small and autonomous threats – ensuring the skies remain safe for friendly forces and civilians alike. Earlier this fall, the Army Program Office briefed Secretary of the Army Daniel Driscoll on Fortem’s DroneHunter® interceptor system, which autonomously detects, pursues, and safely neutralizes hostile drones. We’re proud to contribute to the Army’s vision of a modern, resilient airspace in which both drone and counter-drone technologies work in tandem to secure our nation and our troops. https://lnkd.in/gv7JZMjS US Army Fortem Technologies

Kudos to the 47G: Aerospace & Defense #ZerotoGravitySummit for an absolutely incredible two days. The innovation on display was unreal; battle drones from Fortem Technologies, next-generation energy storage from Torus, zero-water-use nuclear from Valar Atomics, and human and air-cargo taxis from BETA TECHNOLOGIES. The future is being built right in front of us. It was a privilege to hear from Governor Spencer Cox, Emy Lesofski with the Utah Office of Energy Development and Ihssane Mounir of Boeing, but the highlight for me was Jen Easterly. Her insight and leadership were truly inspiring. “It’s the job of a leader to unlock the potential of your teammates and serve them. It’s how you build an amazing team.” Fortem is already testing their drones in Eagle Mountain City, UT , and our community is ready to embrace more of this forward-thinking technology. Big things are ahead. #47G #Aerospace #Innovation #UtahTech #EagleMountainCity

🚀 In #Q3 2025, Fortem Technologies secured orders for 12 of its counter‑UAS systems from U.S. allies in #Europe and the #MiddleEast — roughly double its deliveries for the same period last year. Its SkyDome® platform, which integrates radar, optical sensors and the autonomous DroneHunter® interceptor, is now being deployed to protect critical defense installations where unmanned aerial threats are surging. 🔍 Why this matters for GovCon and defense industry players: -Global demand for counter‑drone tech is accelerating. -Deployment in Europe & the Middle East signals this is no longer just a niche capability. -Companies able to provide integrated air‑space awareness + mitigation tools are gaining strategic advantage. 💬 Curious to hear from our community: How are you seeing the counter‑drone market evolve—especially in terms of export opportunities and interoperability with allied forces? Let’s discuss. https://lnkd.in/e5MFmKHh #GovCon #CounterDrone #CUAS

Utah has quietly become one of America’s fastest-rising centers for aerospace and defense innovation. Yesterday’s 47G: Aerospace & Defense Zero Gravity Summit in Salt Lake City made that clear, bringing together leaders from government, industry, and academia to discuss autonomy, airspace security, and the future of national defense. Fortem Technologies is proud to be part of Utah’s growing aerospace and defense ecosystem, and we were honored to attend the summit. The energy and collaboration on display reflect the momentum driving this region forward, and Fortem is excited to help shape what comes next. When unidentified drones can hover twice in 24 hours over a NATO base believed to house U.S. nuclear weapons — with helicopters scrambled and jammers deployed to no effect — it’s clear that the reactionary model of counter-UAS doesn’t work. The growing drone threat requires permanent, layered defense systems that are always on, always learning, and always ready. Every base, port, refinery, and airport is now part of the air domain whether we like it or not. Europe is waking up to this reality. The U.S. must do the same. Deploying “flyaway” kits that sit idle until the next incident is a waste of money and time we don’t have. We need enduring, fixed-site CUAS infrastructure integrated into broader air-defense networks, not temporary band-aids. https://lnkd.in/gvVndmT3
