To help kick off the Peak season, we’ve released our 2025 Holiday Season E-Commerce Trends report. 🎁 🎁 🎁 ✔️ This is going to be the first true AI holiday season—especially for retailers. Our data found that a whopping 97% of large U.S. retailers surveyed are expected to incorporate AI chatbots and tools for inventory management, pricing optimization, and more. 🤖 ✔️ Returns are especially influential this holiday season, as 65% of shoppers expect retailers to offer free return options. But which retailers that are offering free returns and exchanges, largely depends on the size of the merchant. 📦 🎄 FedEx is helping merchants navigate an evolving global trade environment with digital solutions built to enhance visibility, manage customs clearance and simplify reverse logistics--helping drive down costs for merchants and improve the consumer experience. 🎄 Learn more about the holiday trends in the full report 👉 https://bit.ly/4i8hneP

FedEx reposted this
Today, we pause to honor and remember the courage, sacrifice, and service of all our Veterans. They represent the highest ideals of duty, resilience, and commitment to a mission greater than themselves. At FedEx, these values are foundational. They were woven into our culture from the beginning by our founder, Fred Smith, whose service as a U.S. Marine Corps officer during Vietnam shaped his leadership and vision for this company. Fred often reflected on lessons from his military experience, including one principle that stayed with him throughout his life: leaders put their people first. As he once noted, “Although I'm chairman of the corporation, I can't get myself to cut in line in the company cafeteria. Somewhere, a voice reminds me that a good officer lets his troops eat first.” He never forgot the Corps leadership tenets, applying them at FedEx, or the discipline of his fellow soldiers. He committed himself to military causes and making veterans a core part of our company. You can see that influence in our culture and operations every day, as well as in the thousands of veterans in the skies, on the roads, and in FedEx offices. Veterans have so much to offer the business world, and FedEx is stronger for their talents. Today, we honor Captain Smith, our FedEx service members and veterans, and all those who have sacrificed for our freedom. https://lnkd.in/eP4_asmt
