Innovation and Partnerships. 🤝 Last week, DASD Watson visited the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) to gain valuable insights into radiological and nuclear defense capabilities. Discussions focused on how to best integrate radiobiology research with operational readiness, accelerate MCM development, and leverage partnerships in radiation medical defense. We are committed to ensuring the Joint Force can deter or prevail against CBRN threats. #CBRNdefense #FutureofDefense #Innovation #AFRRI #NationalSecurity

New opportunity for technology partners.
Our Joint Project Manager for CBRN Protection team is looking for potential sources of chemical/biological protective ensembles suitable for military/tactical CBRN defense applications. For more: 1️⃣ Visit SAM.gov for a detailed description and requirements: https://lnkd.in/eZ4hqvYv. 2️⃣ Directly submit company or product information via our Joint Enterprise Technology Tool (JETT): https://lnkd.in/eSd8pN-U. (Note: This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources for planning purposes only.) #JPEOCBRND #CBRN #Industry #Innovation #Technology #Protection #RFI

As part of a recent contract, our JPM CBRN Medical team will assess the viability of Inflammatix, Inc.'s TriVerity™ test system for military field use. TriVerity is a rapid blood test that detects infection status and illness severity. Risk of acute infection and sepsis in the U.S. military highlights the requirement for a portable, well-built diagnostic test that can rapidly and reliably detect the presence and assess the severity of infection under battlefield conditions.
