【Strategic Enterprise】Hong Kong Inspur Cloud Established Operations at Cyberport, Empower Industry by Enhancing Hong Kong's AI Capabilities One of the strategic enterprises introduced by the HKSAR Government, Hong Kong Inspur Cloud Services Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong Inspur Cloud), has announced its establishment at Cyberport. The two parties have signed a MoU of cooperation today (19 Nov). The plaque unveling ceremony was also held for the Inspur Cloud Hairuo AI Agent International （Hong Kong）R&D Center and Hong Kong Inspur Cloud. At the same event, Inspur Cloud also signed strategic partnerships with the Hong Kong Generative AI Research & Development Center (HKGAI) and 20 partner companies. Hong Kong Inspur Cloud and Cyberport will also work together to promote the development of computing power cluster with a view to sharing resources and fostering collaborative innovation. In addition, Hong Kong Inspur Cloud will strive to train more professional service providers, export advanced technologies and services of Hairuo big model, actively promoting international business, helping global customers achieve digital transformation and upgrades, and using its own market network to accelerate more settlement of outstanding ecosystem enterprises at Cyberport. As a leading enterprise in digital economy in the Mainland, Inspur Cloud has provided I&T products and services to more than 120 countries and regions around the world. In the field of AI, Inspur Cloud focuses on the deployment of big models and has created products represented by Inspur’s Hairuo big model, which cover end-to-end service systems for infrastructure, platform business, applications, and services. Inspur has also established the Hairuo AI Agent. With the help of Hairuo AI Agent, Inspur has supported more than 40 industry partners to jointly develop more than 300 big model application scenarios, providing full-blown cloud services. 【AWE EU 2024】 Cyberport Community Showcases Cutting-Edge Digital Entertainment Applications Beyond the City Cyberport, as Hong Kong's flagship for digital technology, is committed to promoting the development of the local and international digital entertainment industry. Earlier, Cyberport participated in a five-day delegation tour in Vienna, Austria organised by the Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association and sponsored by Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA). Together with seven Cyberport community companies, it showcased the latest achievements in the I&T application of digital entertainment in areas such as gaming, education and training, ArtTech, and business at the Hong Kong Pavilion of Augmented World Expo Europe (AWE EU 2024) . AWE EU 2024 is an annual international event in the extended reality (XR) industry, attracting over 2,000 visitors this year, including representatives from European creative enterprises, designers, XR developers, industry experts, and investors. Through the Hong Kong Pavilion, Cyberport community facilitated industry cooperation with global creative technology, promoted more cross-border collaboration opportunities, and allowed visitors to experience firsthand the innovation and strength of Hong Kong's digital entertainment industry. 【Visit to ASEAN】 Cyberport Led a Delegation to Visit Malaysia and Vietnam, Signing a Number of Co-operation agreements Cyberport, together with representatives from 13 community companies, visited Malaysia and Vietnam earlier to promote I&T exchange. During the visit, Cyberport and the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) signed the second Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deepen the development of start-up ecosystems in both regions. Some community companies also announced collaborations with Malaysian enterprises to expand into overseas markets. MDEC, a government agency under the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia (KKMM), is responsible for accelerating Malaysia future economic growth. Cyberport and MDEC signed the first MoU in 2021. Building on their existing cooperation, they signed the second MoU to further promote the entrance of I&T enterprises in Hong Kong and Malaysia into overseas markets, facilitate technology and knowledge transfer, and provide mentorship and assistance for these enterprises. 【Korean I&T Exchange】Cyberport Community Explores Korean Business Opportunities and Sharing I&T Achievements As Hong Kong's digital technology flagship, Cyberport strives to support our community companies into "Belt and Road Initiative" markets. The Journey of Innovation (JOIN 2024) event, organised by the Jeju Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (JCCEI), was successfully held recently. Cyberport, along with community companies, visited the event to facilitate innovation and technology (I&T) exchange between Hong Kong and Korea.
