Today we're announcing the first ever deployment of Parallel Agents in production as part of our DeepWork plan. A literal swarm of agents at your finger tips (our biggest technical push so far). In short - a specific agent will now be spun up to handle sub-sections of each task, bringing time to completion down drastically. Additionally, we have embedded 'Report Generation' into each task a user carries out after completion - giving a detailed write up, downloadable as a PDF, of the results Proxy generates. Oh, and also we revamped the website, Convergence 2.0 is live!

Today we’re rolling out DeepWork. DeepWork is the initial embodiment of our broader mission: to develop a general-purpose AI agent capable of end-to-end knowledge work. By dynamically creating short-lived AI workers, DeepWork automates tasks that typically demand hours of manual back and forth across websites or applications. Available to all pro users today.

Today, we’re introducing Template Hub the first step in offloading global work from humans to agents. Template Hub is a centralised repository of ready-to-deploy agentic workflows created by Convergence users. As of today, there are hundreds of publicly available workflows for others to try just click, and Proxy gets to work. After creating a template, you can share it with anyone and track how many times it has been run by others. Once a template reaches a certain number of runs, it will be promoted to the “Featured” section of Template Hub. We’re actively monitoring Template Hub to see which templates are gaining the most traction and will be reaching out to the creators behind the most popular ones!

Today we're releasing proxy-lite-3b. The first in a series of open source releases happening over the coming weeks. proxy-lite-3b is the first small open weights model that performs well on UI navigation tasks - beating all other open source models so far. We believe the open source community is a cornerstone of the progress in AI, and so far has been underserved when it comes to agent models that can navigate UI's. Today we are showing you a piece of research we have been working on. We integrated memory into transformers allowing them to learn much faster and reason over much longer histories accurately. We’ve been running evaluations comparing other browser-based-agents and are ready to share some results and product updates with our Convergence community! ⭐ Proxy is now significantly faster than before. Following our global launch, we received valuable feedback from users about speed, and we’ve scaled everything to handle that bandwidth and more. Additionally, today on our X account (which you can find in comments), we released direct comparison videos between Proxy and other browser-based agents on the market. The comparison focused on two key factors: time-to-completion and human intervention. We’re proud to report that Proxy outperformed the competition across all web-based tasks while requiring zero human intervention. Over the next few weeks, the Convergence team will be laser-focused on delivering as much value to our users as possible. Our mission remains the same: save people time and maximise their output. We’re excited to have you on this journey with us and will continue to keep you updated along the way.
