Proposition KK is an essential measure on this year’s Colorado ballot, aiming to address the impact of gun violence by creating a 6.5% excise tax on gun and ammunition sales. The funds will be used to support victims of sexual and domestic violence, expand mental health services for veterans and at-risk youth, and enhance school security.
