This funding opportunity is designed to increase access to DCFC charging and fill gaps along Colorado’s transportation corridors in communities across the state. The photos are in for our 2025 Recognition Event, and we want to shout out our incredible Innovation Spotlight Award winners! ♻️ Revvity won our Waste Innovation Spotlight award for their efforts in saving on dry ice, processing time, and refrigeration to ship their products. ☀️ GUNNISON COUNTRY FOOD PANTRY won our Energy Innovation Spotlight award for their project in installing a 25 kW AC solar PV System composed of 108 recycled solar panels. 💧 Ready Foods Inc. won our Water Innovation Spotlight award by implementing a hot grind project that allowed them to grind peppers used in their red salsa production without cooling in water first. 🚗 Denver Water won our Transportation Innovation Spotlight award for upgrading their fleet to ten electric vehicles and two hybrids. 🌱 Carver Brewing Company won our Community / Equity Innovation Spotlight award for brewing a beer with local and regenerative malt and hops. 🌻 DIRT Coffee Bar won our Community / Equity Innovation Spotlight award for replacing their front lawn with water and sensory-friendly alternatives.
