ExxonMobil has announced its eighth carbon capture sequestration agreement to date. We advised on its agreement with AtmosClear BR, LLC, a portfolio company of Fidelis, to transport and permanently store up to 680,000 metric tons per annum of biogenic carbon dioxide from AtmosClear's biomass energy with carbon capture facility in the Port of Greater Baton Rouge in Louisiana.
