The Queensland Government has announced that the Reportable Conduct Scheme for the early childhood sector will be brought forward, and will now be implemented by 1 July 2026. The scheme is a part of the Child Safe Organisations system which also requires all organisations working with children or providing spaces or facilities for them to implement 10 Child Safe Standards, to protect and promote children’s safety and wellbeing.
