🎉 Big news for our PACE Central Michigan team and community! Today we launched care.coach, a new way to help our participants stay safe, connected, and comfortable at home. So, what is care.coach? • It’s a special tablet with a friendly on-screen companion (a dog, cat, or bubble) that’s supported by real people 24/7. • The companion checks in to remind participants about things like taking medicine, drinking water, and keeping appointments. It can also play games, music, and share the weather. • It allows video calls to start automatically—no buttons or passwords—so participants can easily talk with family, staff, or friends. • In short, it helps reduce loneliness, supports independence, and keeps families and care teams connected in real time. 👉 Want to see how it works?
