  • CLARIFYING THE ONLY CREDIBLE INVESTIGATION. In recent weeks, various narratives have emerged around Builder.ai—some well-intentioned, others misinformed, and a few that are clearly misleading. The only credible and independent investigation into Builder.ai’s financial and governance matters was commissioned by the company’s Board and conducted under legal privilege by a top-tier law firm with expertise in forensic reviews and regulatory compliance. This investigation was comprehensive in scope and rigorous in execution. It was granted unrestricted access to internal systems (ERP, CRM, Financial Systems, archived communications), invoice-level financial data, supporting documentation, and interviews with key personnel. It followed a structured methodology aligned with regulatory, legal, and forensic standards, and was initiated with the explicit purpose of ensuring full compliance with judicial and enforcement processes across relevant jurisdictions. To the best of current understanding, the findings of this investigation are currently undergoing review by appropriate authorities. In contrast, a separate report now circulating was commissioned privately by individual(s), NOT the company, and was produced by a firm that had no access to company systems, records, or personnel. By any objective standard, its conclusions are speculative, unverified, and lacking in independence—a fundamental requirement for any credible forensic or legal assessment. It is unfortunate that some of the emerging commentary disregards the difficult decisions and collective efforts undertaken by the Board and Management at the time to preserve value, protect jobs, and uphold governance through one of the most complex restructuring challenges a company can face. #governance #truthmatters #restructuring #forensics #BuilderAI #compliance #accountability #leadership

BUILDER.AI: LET’S SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT. (POST 2 OF 2) 👉 We Failed on Financial discipline. That’s On Us. The company collapsed not because the technology didn’t work—but because of financial mismanagement, serious operational failures, and poor internal controls. There’s no excuse. We accept it. We take full ownership of that failure. We let the financial discipline slip. We didn’t put the right checks in place. We failed our customers, our employees, and our partners on the financial front. For that, we are deeply sorry. We deserved the scrutiny. We deserved the headlines about the governance issues. But let’s be clear: The technology was never the problem. The AI was real. The platform worked. The tech was no game. 👉 Let’s Talk About Microsoft. Yes, Microsoft invested in Builder.ai—but they weren’t the largest investor. The real story was always the partnership. ➡️ As recently as May 2025, Microsoft was doubling down. ➡️ They saw the technology. They validated the potential. ➡️ They invited Builder.ai to the exclusive Microsoft CEO Summit in May 2025—a highly selective, closed-door event reserved for companies with meaningful, scalable innovation. These are not the actions of a partner walking away from unproven technology. These are the actions of a global leader who believed in what was being built. 👉 A Business Turnaround That Proved the Tech Worked. When the financial crisis hit, the new management team executed a rapid and complex business turnaround under extremely difficult circumstances. The only way this was possible—while continuing to deliver to customers—was because the technology actually worked. The platform kept running. The customers continued to receive services. The technology scaled through the most intense periods of operational pressure. A turnaround of this scale is simply not possible if the underlying tech is broken. The resilience of the platform is not theoretical. It was proven under fire. 👉 Let’s Stop Trading on Misfortune. Yes—we failed in financial discipline. Yes—we failed in financial oversight. But that does not give anyone permission to diminish the work of the incredible AI, engineering, and product teams who built something truly special. This isn’t a story about fake AI. It’s a story about financial mismanagement. Let’s get that straight. Let’s respect the Builders. #AI #Tech #Startups #Governance #BuilderAI #RespectTheBuilders #Microsoft Insight Partners Qatar Investment Authority Jungle Ventures Lakestar

  • BUILDER.AI: LET’S SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT. THE AI WAS REAL. THE TECH WORKED. PERIOD. (POST 1 of 2) There’s been a flood of misinformation suggesting Builder.ai “faked AI” or misled the industry about its technology. Let’s be absolutely clear: These allegations are false. 👉 The AI was real. The technology worked. And it mattered. Builder.ai built a sophisticated AI-powered platform that automated large parts of the software assembly lifecycle. This wasn’t marketing hype. It was a real orchestration system that: - Leveraged GPT and Claude for code generation and conversational workflows - Used proprietary feature mapping to accelerate software builds - Integrated predictive machine learning to estimate delivery times and costs - Seamlessly connected human oversight where needed, to manage complexity and ensure quality It wasn’t just an AI chatbot. It was a fully integrated, production-grade platform that enabled customers to build, customize, and deploy software faster, smarter, and at lower cost. This was a meaningful advancement in how software could be built—combining automation, intelligent orchestration, and human expertise. 👉 The teams behind it were world-class. Our AI, engineering, and product teams—some of the best in the industry—poured themselves into building something extraordinary. Questioning their work is not just inaccurate—it’s profoundly disrespectful to their talent, their effort, and their impact. 👉 Our customers validated the technology. This isn’t just our story. Our customers used the platform, built real products, and yes—we had happy, successful customers. Many of them were large, sophisticated enterprises—companies with the resources, experience, and technical capability to know when software works and when it doesn’t. They validated the product through their continued adoption and partnership. Even post-bankruptcy, independent technical reviews have confirmed that the system was real, scalable, and effective. 👉 Independent assessments and real IP back this. The technology has been independently reviewed—including through the bankruptcy process. The result? The tech was solid. The IP was valuable—with over 75 granted patents covering: -AI-powered orchestration - Feature-based code assembly - AI-driven delivery automation - Process optimization for software development This wasn’t window dressing. This was a robust, patent-protected platform that worked.

  • Today, Engineer.ai Corporation, known as Builder.ai, will be entering into insolvency proceedings and will appoint an administrator to manage the company’s affairs. Despite the tireless efforts of our current team and exploring every possible option, the business has been unable to recover from historic challenges and past decisions that placed significant strain on its financial position. Our immediate priority is to support our employees, customers, and partners through this difficult time. We will work closely with the appointed administrators to ensure an orderly process and to explore all available options for parts of the business, where possible. We want to extend our sincere gratitude to our employees for their commitment and hard work, to our customers for their loyalty, and to our partners and suppliers for their support over the years

This week, the MENA InsurTech 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 put a spotlight on one thing: AI is no longer a future concept in insurance - it’s here, and it’s changing everything. Builder.ai's Deputy CEO Vahé Torossian joined an incredible panel on “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗜𝗢𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗜 & 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀,” tackling some of the biggest challenges and opportunities facing insurers today. From breaking down legacy systems to balancing speed with security, and from smarter underwriting to real-time claims automation - AI is reshaping how insurers operate and what customers now expect. At Builder.ai, we believe the winners in this space won’t be the ones chasing trends. They’ll be the ones building flexible, AI-powered platforms that adapt fast, deliver real value, and put customer experience first. Thanks to the MENA InsurTech 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 and all the innovators in the room driving this industry forward. #InsureTechMENA #AIinInsurance #Builderai #DigitalTransformation #InsuranceTech

AI isn’t the strategy. Value is. Last week at the Fast Growth Summit, our Deputy CEO Vahé Torossian was on a panel “Rethinking Business with Smarter Tech and Vertical AI.” The takeaway? AI alone won’t set you apart. It’s how you solve real problems, deliver value people care about, and earn trust that drives growth. At Builder.ai, we don’t sell AI. We help businesses build what matters - with AI baked in where it makes a difference. Thanks to Matthew Miller, Adi Bathla, Ryan Serhant, and the Fast Growth team for a sharp, no-fluff conversation. #AI #FastGrowthSummit #StartupGrowth #Builderai

  • 📈 Poll Results Are In! We recently asked: What’s been your biggest challenge when building a software product or app? The top answer? Staying on budget & timeline. 💹 No surprise there. Building software is rarely linear -- scope shifts, priorities change, and timelines slip. But that doesn’t mean it has to be chaotic. We believe predictable, transparent, and scalable software development shouldn’t be the exception. It should be the norm. That’s why we’ve built a platform designed to remove guesswork - giving our customers clear timelines, upfront pricing, and structured delivery from day one.  Whether you're an entrepreneur with a big idea or an enterprise scaling digital transformation, staying on time and budget is non-negotiable — and absolutely achievable. Want to see how? Let’s talk. #SoftwareDevelopment #BuilderAI #ProductDevelopment #TechInnovation #DigitalTransformation

  • 🚫 You don’t need a PhD to build an AI product. ✅ But you do need to ask the right questions. Too many non-technical founders think building with AI starts with algorithms. In reality, it starts with clarity. On the problem, the data, and the experience. Here’s your AI cheat sheet if you’re building without a technical cofounder: 📌 1. Solve a clear problem, not a vague category. “AI for hiring” is fuzzy. “Auto-screening CVs for tone, relevance, and role fit” is buildable. 📌 2. Know what data you have, and what’s missing. No data means no AI. And messy data doesn't mean good data. You don’t need Big Data; you need the right signals. 📌 3. Design the UX before the AI. How will users interact with your AI? Where will they trust it or override it? 📌 4. Build for feedback loops. The smartest AI products improve over time because they’re designed to learn from real-world use. 📌 5. AI doesn’t replace your product, it powers it. Focus on the value your product creates. AI is the engine, not the destination. At Builder.ai, we help founders turn great ideas into real software, AI included. You bring the vision. We’ll handle the roadmap. #BuilderAI #AIProducts #NonTechnicalFounders #Startups #ProductDesign #AIUX #TechForAll

  • Building scalable, defensible AI products isn’t about plugging in a model. It’s about reshaping your entire product DNA. Startups are racing to “add AI.” But here’s the hard truth: 🚫 AI can’t just be a feature. ✅ It needs to be foundational. At Builder.ai, we’ve seen this firsthand across dozens of product builds. AI becomes scalable and defensible only when: - Your data strategy is as mature as your product roadmap. No shortcuts. - AI explains itself. Trust and transparency aren’t optional in regulated industries. - Architecture decisions today don’t throttle performance or adaptability tomorrow. Practical lesson? Most startups underestimate the ops layer: AI governance, bias handling, and continuous model improvement are core infra, not afterthoughts. 💡 For founders building in sensitive sectors: You don’t just need AI. You need product frameworks that evolve with AI - from MVP to millions of users. Curious how we do this at Builder.ai? Let’s talk. #AI #Startups #BuilderAI #TechStrategy #ScalableProducts #HealthcareTech #FintechInnovation
