We're pleased to share that we are continuing to make progress on our groundbreaking Department of Defense (DoD) ESTCP project with Ameresco and the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL)! We're using our Cellular Fabrication (C-Fab®) process to 3D print custom, energy-efficient insulation for the U.S. Army’s Detroit Arsenal. We're pleased to welcome Jeremiah Turner to Branch as an Advanced Manufacturing Technician! Recently graduated with a degree in Mechatronics Engineering Technology, Jeremiah is excited to be part of a company that's pushing the boundaries of advanced manufacturing and large-scale 3D printing. Outside of work, Jeremiah stays busy with a variety of hobbies. From playing basketball or tennis to watching football and NASCAR, Jeremiah is engaged in a range of activities!

One year ago, the restoration of the Pathfinder Shuttle was completed and celebrated! Partnering with U.S. Space & Rocket Center, we designed and 3D-printed lightweight, high-strength BranchClad® panels using our C-Fab® process. Our team produced around 40,000 lbs of BranchClad®, seamlessly integrated into the iconic steel structure, adding to the historic significance of this remarkable project! Have a complicated project?
