Spanning 168,000sqm, the project showcases a unique ‘sailing boat’ theme, inspired by the local coastal environment and ocean waves. With a 300m-long shopping centre and an office tower offering 270-degree ocean views, the architecture reflects the dynamic movement of water as a sailboat departs, resonating with Sanya’s oceanic character.
