To push product simplicity even further, we’ve been exploring a brand-new Easy Mode — a human-readable view of your automation. No code. No nodes. No complex diagrams. Just a clean, linear description that reads almost like a tweet: “When X happens → do Y → then Z.” Instantly understandable, even for first-time builders. We’re also bringing this plain-English style to our templates, whose detail is now much cleaner: it shows what the automation does, which chains and dApps it connects to, and presents the logic in a simple “if this → then that” flow. These improvements bring us closer to our original vision, creating the IFTTT moment for crypto, where anyone can understand an automation in just a few lines. We’d love to hear what you think. Drop your thoughts in the comments, and we’re building this together! 💜

While our developers are making strides getting AP Studio 2.0 launch-ready, our designers have been making great UI improvements based on recent UX research. Let’s see what we’ve got! 👇 One challenge we’ve seen is that power users can navigate nodes effortlessly… but new users can sometimes feel lost in an open canvas. To solve this, we’re introducing blue instruction bubbles — guided affordances inspired by MMORPG tooltips. Just like in open-world games, these bubbles highlight exactly what matters, point to the key fields you need to edit, and walk you step-by-step through a workflow. No more “where do I click next?” 🙅

🚀 It’s Friday and update time at Ava Protocol! This week’s highlight: Gas Sponsorship has been implemented in AP Studio. We’re one step closer to making web3 automations feel as seamless as web2. With Gas Sponsorship, users will be able to run automations without holding ETH — Ava Protocol covers gas upfront, and users can repay later using ETH or our AP token at a discount. How it works 👇 - Users run auto-trades — no ETH needed - Ava Protocol sponsors the gas - Account Abstraction (AA) Bundlers + EntryPoint ensure the transaction is executed on-chain - Users can repay the gas later This “Use First, Pay Later” model is a major step toward making web3 user experiences smooth and scalable, for both developers and everyday users. We’ll be sharing a deep-dive soon on how Account Abstraction makes this possible and how Paymaster logic is evolving inside AP Studio.

It’s Friday, and update time! Here’s what we shipped this week at Ava Protocol (details below 🧵): - New Deposit & Withdraw buttons for Smart Wallets → top up or take funds out anytime, worry-free - Plus more UI, performance, and workflow upgrades 🧵What are Smart Wallets? Smart Wallets are ERC-4337 wallets that run your automations. For safety, we don’t have access to your MetaMask wallet. Instead, we create a kind of sub-wallet that’s tied to your connected EOA (Externally Owned Account). This lets you automate blockchain actions safely and easily. If you’d like to learn more -> https://lnkd.in/gMNR6YCQ UI improvements for workflow simulation. When a workflow has many steps, the simulated logs can be long and hard to read. We added a filter function so you can click on any step and view its logs specifically. You can also filter to see only successful, failed, or skipped steps. Improved wallet and network switching When you choose a different wallet in Rabby Wallet, or change your network, the Smart Wallets and Workflows for each wallet/chain now load instantly, with no delay. Many users have multiple wallets, so this makes switching smooth. On top of these, we’re testing several improvements to the workflow canvas to reduce complexity. Our goal is to make the product easy for everyday users — not only developers! On the EigenLayer-AVS side, we shipped one minor release and two patches to improve performance. This included a fix for our operators where operator names were not aligned with the EigenLayer app on the AVS telemetry webpage. Most of the feature requests and bug reports come from our Discord 👇https://lnkd.in/gJikhYdr Did you know you can earn $AP rewards for reporting bugs on APStudio?

For years, building onchain automations meant hours of setup, debugging, and complexity. Today, that changes. 🚀 We just launched Automation Templates in AP Studio — ready-made workflows you can deploy in one click. Instead of starting from scratch, you can now: ✅ Protect your portfolio with an automated stop-loss on Uniswap V3 ✅ Run recurring token transfers with receipts sent straight to Telegram ✅ Get instant wallet alerts the moment tokens move This is more than a feature launch — it’s a shift toward automation that’s accessible to everyone, not just developers. And it’s only the beginning. Very soon, our AI Copilot will let you design workflows by simply describing them in plain language. Automation will feel less like “building” and more like “speaking your intent.” The future we’re working toward is agentic, verifiable automation — systems that act on your behalf, transparently and autonomously. 👉 Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gUx-RTAH #Web3 #Automation #DeFi #Innovation
