And just like that, this year's Self Determination Conference has come to an end. Participants in all locations had a blast with fun activities, workshops, and seeing their friends from different areas. Aptiv's very own Nate Hundt, Program Operations Director also made an appearance to present about all of the new things Aptiv has been doing. Thank you Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities for this wonderful yearly opportunity. And thank you to the staff who supported participants on this trip. 💙

Several members of our team attended the DSPN Conference last week, where they had an excellent opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and celebrate the impact of direct support professionals across the state. A highlight of the event was hearing from keynote speaker Zach Anner, whose message was both inspiring and engaging.

Thank you to everyone who joined the lunch and learn with our very own, Tyler Stapleton, Aptiv’s CFO!💙
Thank you to everyone who joined our Young Professionals Lunch & Learn this week! We were thrilled to hear from Tyler Stapleton, CFO of Aptiv, who shared insights in his talk, “The Purpose Behind the Numbers: Leading with Impact.” Tyler highlighted how financial strategy and community engagement go hand-in-hand, showing that leadership is about more than numbers; it’s about making a meaningful difference. From supporting local nonprofits to leveraging skills and resources for the greater good, attendees walked away inspired to think about the impact they can create both professionally and personally. A big thank you to Tyler for sharing his perspective, and to all the YPs who came ready to learn and connect! Thank you also to Performance Foodservice for being our Young Professionals Lunch & Learn sponsor! #Lacrossechamber #Chooselacrosse #Explorelacrosse #Thriveinlacrosse #Lacrossewi #Driftlessregion #Firstfriend

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month!✨ At Aptiv, we’re proud to recognize the skills and dedication of workers with disabilities. One inspiring example is a participant in Janesville who recently celebrated 20 years of service at Home Depot. 👏 An incredible milestone that highlights the value of inclusion in the workplace.
