Through this partnership, Anne Health will provide Fertifa patients with: ✅ Safe access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT), regular blood monitoring, health checks, and specialist gender-affirming clinicians ✅ Ongoing mental health and emotional wellbeing support, including counselling and therapy ✅ Practical assistance for tasks like prescription reminders, appointments, surgery referral letters and general questions We are proud to work alongside Anne Health to ensure trans employees have access to high-quality, safe, and compassionate care.

How early backing from creator F1NN5TER supported Susie Green and Lizzie Jordan with Anne’s launch Anne can confirm that internet creator F1NN5TER provided early financial support that contributed to setting Anne up as a not-for-profit organisation in 2024. Their contribution enabled us to secure our first prescriber in 2024, at a point when few clinicians were willing to work with under-18s. This toolkit brings clarity, reassurance and practical guidance, so you can understand your rights, advocate for yourself, and access the care you deserve. We are sickened by NHS Sussex's investigation into WellBN GP Practice—a bullying tactic against clinicians providing legal, lifesaving care to trans young people. Children who began treatment before the March 2024 ban are being forced into detransition. Families are traumatised. This goes against NHS principles and government guidance that existing patients should continue care. We have families with us affected by this. The lack of compassion is unconscionable. We stand with WellBN and will keep fighting for these young people's right to timely, affirmative, evidence-based care. Some trans+ people in Scotland could wait up to 224 years for their first NHS gender clinic appointment. Across the UK, most trans+ people will wait more than a third of their adult life. Some may never receive care at all. That’s what new research by @wearequeeraf_ and @whatthetrans reveals, using data uncovered through Freedom of Information requests to every NHS gender identity clinic in the UK. As of March 2025, more than 48,000 people were still waiting for their first NHS gender clinic appointment, a 12.5% rise in just one year. It’s shocking. But, sadly it’s also no surprise.
